ABOUT ME

I’m a proud Woodland Cree woman and member of the Lac La Ronge Indian Band, living and working on Treaty 6 territory in Northern Saskatchewan. I’m also a wife and mom to six incredible kids,  two autistic boys and four neurotypical teens, who continue to teach me about resilience, love, and the power of seeing the world through different perspectives.

My journey hasn’t been a straight path. I became a teen mom while growing up in Northern Saskatchewan, and those early experiences shaped not only who I am, but how I show up for others. I’ve always known I was meant to help people. To create spaces where they feel seen, supported, and leave with more hope than when they arrived.

As a Mental Health Therapist, my work is grounded in compassion, culture, and connection. My personal mantra is simple but powerful:
My purpose is to ignite ambition in people’s hearts to create positive change.

Whether I’m walking alongside individuals, families, or communities, my goal is always the same: to bring clarity, love, and hope, and to help people remember their own strength.
